While conventional designs reach a maximum operating temperature of 125℃, performance deterioration can occur beyond 100℃. This limitation arises due to exponentially rising reverse current leakage related to the PN junction at higher temperatures. However, through innovative breakthroughs in material and manufacturing techniques, we’ve expanded temperature tolerances significantly.
